Return policy

1. We accept returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its tags intact with the reasons below:-
a. Item torn
b. Item with big stained which more than 1cm in size
c. Item with wrong sizing
*Purchase of sale items, intimates and accessories are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. ALL reasons listed below are NOT considered for return.
a. Minimal design variation from product such as print patterns.
b. Colour variation from product photos.
c. Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements.
d. Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.
e. Self- inflicted damage or cut to the products.
f. Customer’s subjective opinion on product quality and preference

3. All returns must be sent back within 7 WORKING DAYS (Malaysia).

4. To start a return request, please
a. Fill up the form and we will process your return as soon as possible. (Pgeon point not available in your area? contact us for other options)
b. If the reason of return is accepted, pack the item and send your parcel using delivery method that allows tracking.
c. You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for refund.
d. If return is rejected, delivery cost will be borne by customer.
e. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
f. If we accept your returns, we will make any refund due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which receive the returned product.
